It was supposed to be ``Version 5.03 GEN-C´´ and i will just do the chickHEN restart then it will become ``Version 5.03 GEN-C (Full)´´. How can i return it back? PLEASE, I really need an answer...

Can somebody shed me some light on the differences between 2000 and 3000.

I can't decide between getting a 2000 though i know (can hack other psps) or a 3000 (better screen lighting)

So I went ahead and got a 2000 thanks to you, I'm on 5.50Gen-D2 , YEA!!. I didn't know that the hack goes away after you shut off the psp 3000, that's lame. I try hacking my friend's 3000 and even with the utube videos we couldn't get chicken to run even once. But I saw some people say they get it to stay permanent with X.XM33 CFW, is that true?

only if they have a 2000, or 1000. 3000 and a certain kind of 2000 don't work with M33, I have M33, so trust me don't try it ;)

actually all 2000's should work with the m33, they say that the 2000 psp with the TA083v3 motherboard doesn't work with m33, but now it's hackable as well.

5.03 gen ( a or b or the upcoming c) are not permanent. They only last until you hard power off your psp or pull the battery out.

What you said there is utter rubbish, it has been homebrew enabled (HEN). The PSP in that state can run programs to install Custom firmware therefor making the PSP open to ISO's and such.

HEN was just a tool to further development for unhackable PSP's not an ISO loader.

So please, before you comment try to know what your talking about as this exploit has made 3000's "hackable".

i had trouble with this but i got it working. here what you should do. Format your psp, reset all settings, then put the ChickHEN folder inside. To get mine working i shutoff my psp after i put the folders in. turn it back on and go to the folder. it should work.

I found a way that works almost everytime! just use the tiff nothing else. when you select the mem card under photos while it starts to load push left (directional) as fast as you can, if it does not work it will take you back to the menu, this will keep it from freezing. try again and usally the second time it goes through.!!

dude, i think this "5.03 ChickHEN R2" still needs some fixes of enabling homebrew! I had this ChickHEN and it was working good with no problem (despite the fact that it sometimes freezes ur psp wen enabling it) and worked with alot of emulators. but today, i tried to put it on ChickHEN but it only freezes now. I've tried about 100 times literally. This is so gay!!!
