  • Fuck touchscreen. It's a piece of shit. I'm 19 and i can't stand that touchscreen horsecrap... it's so tedious to use and just unnecessary if you ask me. It's a gimmick that you will quickly get over if you have a life...

  • What's a Nokee?

  • will there be a new model coming out ?

  • @balleruptown There is the E6 (E6-00) but I think it's plain ugly! E72 looks much better and in terms of functionality, it fits all my business needs perfectly, no need for an upgrade.

  • I want to get this for a present to someone in Ecuador can I use this with their carrier it is simm compatible? Can change the language on the phone to spanish she doesn't know english thanks.

  • Type PRIZE before youtube and hit enter

  • this phone is shit lag when you download video to what is a different resolution fucking gay !!!!

  • 1 questtion isit 3g the e71 was so is this

  • i think the trackpad is great, but then again im not really a big fan of full touch screens.

  • Way better than blackberry. I really don't get the hype about that phone

  • this phone is awesome.. but i love my blackberry curve...

  • E5 or E72 ?? just answer...thnx a lot!

  • @olaPRASINAgiatre the e5 is aweome,, but this is good and stylish.. go for this..

  • my menu does not run as smoothly and the icons dont do that little jump when you scroll through them.. does anyone know why?

  • what better the e71 or e72 please get in touch

  • @SpooKiiEE e71 is sexier but e72 is better!

  • @SpooKiiEE e72

  • @SpooKiiEE e72 caz the e 71 is old..

  • Does it have face front camera for video chats?

  • @Issaland

yes in the front you have a camera for video calling

  • I am SO buying that phone!

  • Have you heard about the E73 Mode? Would you suggest the E72 or should I just wait a little longer for the E73?

  • @ltsStevenT The E73 is the E72 modified to support T-Mobile's 1700 Mhz 3G. Unfortunately there is not one that supports both, so if you want 3G with T-Mobile go for the E73, otherwise I'd get the E72 which hasn't been touched by a carrier.

  • @oddworldish No prob, 3G works here on any unlocked phone. Might be considering getting a Sony ericsson Satio or HTC desire.. hmm

  • do tmobile stores still sell the e72? because i only see the e73 online

  • @Gunmetallic91 T-mobile USA went straight for the E73.

  • @Gunmetallic91 No because the e73 is made specifically for T-Mobile's 3G network. You can however buy an E72 from Dell or Amazon to use with T-Mobile. It will only have GPRS/Edge for data though.

  • Is it possible to use the Maps offline? (Without paying)

  • @pijk1 Yes

  • The E series moving to touchscreen? Even though I'll get my first smartphone in a few days (this one), the main feature that brought me to this one (in addition to the awesome battery life), is the QWERTY keyboard. Touchscreen phones aren't really catering much to a business-orientiation (unless it's a touchscreen with a slide-out QWERTY a la the N97).

  • kuwait.. and does that mean u would recommend me to get a blackberry?

  • would you recomend this or the blackberry gemini?

  • @blitzbud What country will you be using it? The E73 just came out for T-mobile and is only 69.99 on contract or free today only if you do a family plan.

I think Blackberry devices are good if you need them because work requires, but for personal use I prefer Nokia.

  • What would be better to get the E72 or the X6?

  • @thajman123 X6 unless you really need that keyboard on the E72.

  • does the E72 have free internet

  • @sacro21 WiFi is free.

  • Best Phone in the World :-)

  • is this just a business phone or is it also like an entertainment phone?

can u change da wallpaper and things like that to make it ur own?

  • Do i HAVE to use the trackpad or do i have the option of using the D-pad like the e71?

  • it is only have the same function with e71... just it has a faster processor compare to the e71.. that's all.. hahaha...only wasting a time for changing e71 for e72 ... hahaha.. :D

  • Anyway to get this for verizon ?

  • @siglosgab Unfortunately no -- Nokia predominately focuses on GSM carriers so unlocked phones will only work on T-mobile and At&t here in the US.

  • Thanks for the great video and useful information. Just one quick question - I am completely missing what you are saying at 2:44 of the video about the mail function on the phone. I understand what you are trying to say but no matter how many times I heard it can not catch the phrase. Could you help please (when you I would expect ... as the desktop).

  • im only thirteen i was wandering if there was any difference for me between the e71 and e72 i dont use internet or anything like that would there be any benefit in the e72

  • @ultranerd222 well the key changes to the e72 are a faster processor, better camera and 3.5mm headphone jack... e71 is a great device, the build quality and dimensions make it easy to carry.

Neither the camera on the E71 or E72 delivers as well as the N97 or N97 Mini's 5-megapixel shots, so the real question is speed. The E72 is considerably faster, but the E72 is by no means slow. I think you'd be fine with the E71, plus you could probably get a really good deal on it now.

  • A bit smaller than E71? Im going for the n97 mini or this.

  • @kanervatie N97 mini is great - beside the N900 that's my top Nokia pick.

  • i have this phone.... bought it yesterday. i'm very happy with it... i've been comparing it to Blackberry Bold 9700 and i ended up choosing the E72... it's just way better and there's a lot of features that the BB Bold doesn't have..

  • @asslickingood21 have you noticed any problem with the keyboard? Some people were telling me that the keyboard was not responding (space bar specifically)

  • the keyboard is good but of course not the greatest. BB Bold 9700 has better keyboards, but like any other smartphones, it will take a little getting used to. the keyboard is kinda mushy but it's not a deal breaker. i don't text a lot; i'm more on the call quality and features.

  • @cellfanatic Nah not with me Its Gr8 keyboard i dont know about the blackberry KB or any other mobile so i can't tell you if it's better or not .. But its easy and fast to type on it . and the space bar is good to .

  • does it requires a data plan for msn or email on this phone or wifi is good for that ?

  • WiFi is good enough.. I just used it and surfs internet fast.

  • we have the same keyboard! :D

  • Just ordered mine. ill get it in 3 weeks. :)

  • hey does this phone record videos and do the videos come in well and what is better n96 or e72 please get me back looking in to buying 1 of the 2 thank you

  • for video and pictures n96 is better, but the e72 is still a quality device. Compared to the video and photos on Blackberry devices it is in another league.

  • @aceswild81 Video recording is pretty limited on the E series, it can can do decent resolution but only at 15fps. N series devices are better for recording video -- stick with the N96.

  • @cellfanatic can you please do a review on the e73. i just bought it and i want to request a review from you, just to make sure if the phone is all good. and so i can learn more about my phone. but soo far i love it.

  • wait, so if i buy this, how do i call and text? its not in any carrier (imon verizon but bouta switch) do i put in sim cards?

  • It would work on T-mobile or At&t, just insert your SIM card in the back.

  • had a n97....sold it was a crap phone....bought e72 luv it...

  • Just got one :D

  • how's the keyboard? Can you type quickly? Is it suitable for a person who writes a lot of sms?

  • Keyboard is good, but not as good as the blackberry bold 9700 imo. If you can type on the E71, its pretty much the same keyboard.

  • Amazing Review - Well Done :-) I will get this phone for my next upgrade. The only problem I have is will it last me two years (We have 24 months contract in the UK). Oh well I will need to get a hard case like the Iphone (Tech 21) costs a few bobs.. Did this phone E72 have the Ovi/GPS Software Installed? Cheers mate..

  • great review thnx 4 uploading it sir

  • No prob, thanks for watching.

  • We have same logitech keyboard. lol

  • it's great right? love the illuminated lg kb.

  • i like it.

  • Thanks!

  • Personally I don't like the E series to upgrade to touch screen devices. They could have a touchscreen version but I think that no business phone should be a touch screen. I would just love them to keep the qwerty profile but atleast upgrade to a bigger screen and higher resolution

  • @jjrosaria2 i dont like touch screen phones at all..

  • @danatrance I don't mind them as long as they have a qwerty keyboard.. and freaking nokia should fix the annoying keyboard lag.. I have an e63 and an e72 and they can't detect my input fast enough and sometimes it lags and some characters doesn't get show.. It sort of affects my text entry speed and it is really annoying.. If they don't fix this I might have to move to another company cuz I really think it sucks... I mean their good phones but the lag is seriously annoying and frustrating..

  • T-mobile USA 3G uses 1700/2100MHz, there is no specific version for T-mobile -- the US version is catered towards At&t users (E72-2).

    E72-1 Quad-band EGSM 850/900/1800/1900, WCDMA 900/2100 HSDPA

    E72-2 Quad-band EGSM 850/900/1800/1900, WCDMA 850/1900 HSDPA

    E72-3 Quad-band EGSM 850/900/1800/1900, WCDMA 850/2100 HSDPA

  • .-Hi I have a question for you...!! will this phone work on T-Mobile 3G network...?

    Thanks...!! 5/5

  • @cellfanatic is the blackberry bold 9700 better then the nokia e72 ?

  • Honestly it really comes down to what you need to use the phone for... in terms of features they are pretty much the same. Yea the E72 has the 5-megapixel camera, but the Bold 9700 takes pictures that rival the quality. Both are 600MHz +, great battery life and have dated operating systems.

  • In terms of web browsing the Bold 9700 has a ways to catch up, but the E72's inferior screen resolution basically evens that out. If you need a BlackBerry for work or just have a big BBM group of friends then I couldn't imagine going with the E72. In the end I would choose the Bold 9700, but I have a soft spot for RIM and Beejive is one of my all-time favorite apps.

  • Can you type in a dark place?

  • Good review :)

  • u are sooooooo boring..... but I like the fact that you knew what u were talking about...

  • thanks. I'll try to be more interesting in the next video -- too focused on getting good video and audio quality to youtube right now.

  • @cellfanatic i thought you were fine..

  • what is the build quality like of the e72 ? I bought an e52 and it is terrible build quality of a kids toy nothing like the e51 I had before.

  • A+ Review

Nothing To Let Go Of My N86 Though.
