Tim makes fun of everyone equally, and points out unique characteristics about everyone equally. Talking about "booty" is not racist, it is a common American slang term. And Tim actually is VERY complimentary to Michelle Obama in this song, saying that she is pretty, a good mother, an ivy league educated lawyer, etc.
