I noticed that people who exercise regularly generally look younger. I've been working out 5 times a week for about 8 years now and people said I look really young.
I dont know man, you probably have never seen anyone who has been in peak physical shape their whole life. The Professor of Military Science, my battallions ROTC Lt Col is 40 years old, but look slike hes in his 20's. He's a beast at his age, its incredible...
perfect form on the dips here. too many people use momentum to literally throw themselves back up. nice and slow will stress the muscles a hell of a lot more.
Nice work dude! I just turned 48 and need to get back in the gym! 15 years ago I had a 325lb bench and could dip until dawn (weighed 154lbs). I'm up to 161 and can't do any more than 20 dips in a row. I like the ones with your chest out because they involve the pecs more. Regardless, it's awesome that you are out motivating folks -- LIKE ME!!
I will accept that as a compliment. But please believe it. I lie to you not! I've been working out for a long time and I believe that the older you get, the younger your workout should get. At 50, I try and do a 20-30 year old workout. That's how I keep up with the youngsters on the basketball court.
:-) I will be at the HarlemSEALS fitness picnic this summer. More details on that event will come soon. Hope to see you there if you are in the area.
Nah lol, i wish i was in the area, i live way down in NC, but i workout though, but i wan to do a work out that focus on the abs other that leg lifts and crunches, my stomach looks so plain

If I had to guess your age, without knowing, I'd probably say 30... maybe even late 20's.

Good man! I like hearing success stories like that. I want to be 70 years old doing dips and pulls up still.
