  • @ryanskapa that's not bad form actually. having the bottom of your chest further up actually makes your titties work a lot more. try it sometime, it's not comfortable but it's not really bad for you.

  • @TRILLPHIL85 Isolate. When performing a lift, focus on the specific muscle you're using. In other words, don't "throw" your back into your bench press by arching it and bouncing the weight off your chest. That works your back, not your chest.

  • @ryanskapa oh my god. you dont know nothing about working out. isolating is the worst thing for athlete. you dont work out for specifif muscles but for movements. this is why most lifts are compound all cleans deadlifts etc. its not bodybuilding.

    Yes, yes follow the advice of a guy (or girl) who doesn't know the basics of benching, going on to credit poor bench form with being "ripped" and proper bench form with immediately being "blocky." Next, we shall all be hearing about the superior protein intake of a vegan diet I'm sure.

  • @49fortyniners they may be very skinny but they all have a lot of muscle. Muscle is much much leaner than fat is. So a skinny person who is lean from having a lot of muscle can sometimes lift more than a person with more fat. Plus being bigger is not always better, trust me i know 205 and starting center for my varsity highshool team.
