@MAMAT314 No mystery, those people are problems too, but the video I watched (and my response) focus mainly on the destruction of public property, which is mainly done with graffiti. Most of this graffiti is gang signs and "tags". So,it is safe to say that the gangs are the main purveyors of this particular brand of public destruction

It is about time we reform the mindsets of how we educate our youth (and our society in general) about proper etiquette and stress the importance of value and respect in consideration of others because in the grand scheme of things we all in some way affect one another through each of our own actions.
