Bill Atkinson is one of the greatest software geniuses of all time. He was one of my idols when I was growing up in the 80s. Ironically, when people mentioned Steve Jobs' name to me, I didn't even know who Steve was. Bill's name was on my favorite pieces of software, and the first one that I started programming against in the early 90s, when I was 9 or 10 -- HyperCard.
@plutoplatters Phones are the new toy of grown-ups today. I've read that over-exposure to them can cause a myriad of health problems. Phones are OK but it is not good to become their slaves and lose sight that after all what their function is to communicate in a more sophisticated way the same rubbish we talk to each other on a daily basis. l0l
It is a damn shame. This guy actually figured out single-handedly how to get windows to overlap and hardly anyone knows who he is. That is why the old macintosh had overlapping windows and MS Windows did not until much later.
