This song seems to be about trying to get with a girl that's additcted to drugs (most likely crack if we're talking about drugs that come as rocks). He wants to get close to her, have a relationship with her, but she is too in love with her addiction and only has time for him if he is up for getting high. Badly explained but you get the idea. I think that the last lines are about him wanting her back but at the same time being scared of harm her again.

In the first verse, he's talking about various sexual experiences with the girl he's cheating with.
