First off, the story in the little drummer boy is that he wants to give baby Jesus something, but he doesn't have anything to give him, so he plays his drum, like a recital, because it's his talent. I hope you're smart enough to get that part. And in music, keeping time means keeping the beat. Like a metronome. You don't know what that is, go educate yourself
