you get the cop car by doing races and you dont have to buy it. its just given to you. The annoying thing is you can only have a limited amount of cars. Im just glad i got the Koenigsegg when i could. It has a top speed of 300mph (482kph)

This isn't on the Wii. You rotate the car in showcase with "R", which the Wii doesn't have. Look when the cars are showcased at the bottom of the screen.
