There are a few problems with your class mate :) 1) No need to sprint at stage one just fastwalk is needed. 2) see when it goes on to a new level (eg. level 2-1) you do not wait till he finishes speaking you keep going after the beep not after he stops speaking 3) the distance looks over 20m :)

i got to level 10.1 and that was when i was 80% in shape so i think if your 5ft 6 and your under 10 stone and your 95% in shape you could do level 13 if you gave it all

oh and its easier for a tall 12 year old than it is for an average size 14-16 year old
