@feuervogel2011 regardless of wether the song was good or not the winner of the category should also be parallel with the quality of the movie...Burlesque's average rating on Rotten Tomatoes was 37%, Tangled's was 90%...that is a 53% difference VERY significant

@feuervogel2011 I have friends who have enjoyed "Burlesque" but "Tangled" and "The Princess and the Frog" last year have pretty much signified the return of the Classic Disney that was in its heyday from the late 80's/early 90's (Little Mermaid) to the late 90's (Mulan, Tarzan) and a bunch inbetween (Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Lion King). Lots of us who grew up during that period have missed movies like that. That vote was sort of rigged. HFPA were treated to dinner and a show a la Cher

@dizkidliz Please don't see it for her she's in it for exactly 9 seconds and has four lines...all of which she acts very poorly and can't get the emotions of a cheated fiancee out properly because of her little baby school girl voice! She can't act on Glee and certainly can't act in Burlesque!

That was the only Globe I even cared about! My dad called me and let me listen over the phone and I screamed when Last of Me won. What a fabulous song! I would of been excited if Bound To You had won also but I totally said from the very beginning that You Haven't Seen the Last of Me should win. Cher brought that song to life.

the song is great and is finally becoming a hit remix song; but, honestly, it would have been such a greater show if Cher was beside Diane Warren; some people can not face the camera; Cher can, and would have made the moment deeper. I'll be in Vegas for her final show, i hope she'll perform this great, great song.
