Anyway, from what I figured out is that I actually don't play like Dfirstbrook, although my wrist is slightly angled too. The big difference is that I lay the guitar on my left leg, thus creating more room for my right arm to fit in the guitar.
So Dfirstbrook, using the right leg, and trying to keep a good downward right hand position creates what I believe is unecessary tension and strain on his wrist.
Blah blah blah. Take it from me you're very good and you're still young.......that means you're gonna keep getting better. So ignore the negatives and keep on plucking away sir cos you got a lot of talent there..........and it's gonna get to stage where you'll be a truely great player.......as long as you keep at it........which I'm sure you will.
Definitely get rid of the capo. Why are you even using it? It's Bourree in Em, not F#m. You're playing the whole song one half step up from its correct key. Otherwise nice work, just keep practicing, and you'll be great.

I also play this song (not up to speed yet). You're pretty good but I would recommend maybe slowing it down a bit and concentrating on the trickier parts - thats what I've been doing! I've never tried it with the capo before but it seems to work - good job!

I am learning this tune too. It is a pretty difficult piece. You did a nice job on it buddy - keep playing and don't worry about the people who paste hateful comments online. That's the internet for you - anonymity allows people to behave in really unkind ways. Most of those who post such comments can't even play the guitar. I think you played this nicely and hope you continue your love for the guitar! Kind regards!

Some nice ornamentation that I really should bother with but don't, speed's ideal, can't see the fingerwork but it sounds good.
My only criticism... USE NYLON!!!

I also play this song (not up to speed yet). You're pretty good but I would recommend maybe slowing it down a bit and concentrating on the trickier parts - thats what I've been doing! I've never tried it with the capo before but it seems to work - good job!

can anyone who commented on this ACTUALLY play bouree classically? its hard as hell to learn classical guitar playing taking years of practice and lessons...and to comment on the people complaining about playing classical pieces on acoustics, go die in a place where your stench wont bother people...

Do you mean playing Bouree on a classical guitar is harder than acoustic? If so I disagree... Finger style on classical guitar is a lot easier, thus making Bouree on a classical guitar easier. I agree with you though, good job.

Azkeyz, if your neck of the woods is Lipszeig, Weimar or Cothen then maybe your "lecture" will be heard. Otherwise give the kid credit. He's got great taste and playing Bach. At least he's not butchering Stairway to Heaven or Smoke on the Water. Everybody's a critic on this YouTube and most of these critics cannot play. Let's see your version "genius".

ooh men.. that's a nice song.. You should spend more time cleaning you sound.. there are a couple of points that your sound gets too non-crystal..
you should definately work on that..
