I'm not sure Carly wants a "huge deal". I suspect that she would rather do her own thing with a "small deal" and some control. She already had a six record deal with a six-figure bonus from a major label and it basically took her five years to bounce back to this point. Seek you bliss Carly and I'll buy whatever you put out! Best song choice ever! Carly rocks. You have to have quite a set to sing this, the bible thumpers still don't get it. Probably hurt her.

i didnt see the results show, but she was eliminated, wasnt she? god dammit. Brooke did the worst, but everyone probably voted for her because they felt sorry for her, and you know David is going to stay on because everyone thinks he's so fucking cute. this is just one big beauty contest, basically.

First, I can't stop watching it clearly on of the great performance on Idol this year.
She reminds me of "Irish girl" Carly, which is who she is. What is it with this new mode of attack, first it was "ringer", then Irish, then tattooed and no questioning her sexuality. It gets sillier with each passing week.

Glad she changed. "All I Ask of You" is not for her. "Superstar" was fitting. It was a little shouty in places, but good job, Carly! Great song. Andrew Lloyd Webber is a freakin' genius with his music. This was a good performance. I liked it.
