@mrmapollo Been educated or uneducated is not differentiate by language based. I think what he meant is what I have been thinking. The global economy has shifted from the Western world, to Eastern, particularly, China. It is unavoidable that our president will meet any of the Chinese officers and media, and it will be quite embarrassed if he would to speak to the media in Mandarin. No ill intention, but just a tot.
