Please show us how to put MAC shadows in the UNI PALETTE. You showed the Coastal scents palette but their pans do not work with the Uni palette. So how do you put the MAC shadows in UNI PALETTE. They do have terrible magnets. So how do you get them to hold?

@chopard4545 I do exactly the same thing. I just stick the MAC shadows in empty pans and put the magnet inside the UNII Palette.

I was sold when you did the unboxing video for Unii.

When you did that video, I just bought 2 z-palettes so I was kinda bummed and didn't justify buying the Unii palette. I actually recently caved in and bought it and it's one of the best purchase I've had!

I keep my z-palettes at home where I can easily see all of my eyeshadow collection at a glance but I carry my favorite shadows in my Unii palette in my purse!

I really like both palettes because they have a different purpose each

@PurplexHorsie You're absolutely correct in that they serve different purposes. One is more for at home users/makeup artists and the other is more on-the-go/travelling consumers.

Haha, I didn't know how huge of an impact my unboxing videos had :p

@fionaman I totally agree. The z-palette is definitively perfect for somebody who has a ton of eyeshadows. The palette is a little bigger than the Unii palette so more shadows can fit in it. This allows to organize various shades in one convenient place! I noticed after getting the palette that I have some shadows that are very similar to each other!!!

I think that for the Unii unboxing,it was a "love at first sight" kind of thing. I've been dying for a convenient way to carry makeup in my bag!

How do you use that thumb grip? I don't quite understand exactly how you use it. Any help here?

@malcominthemid You just stick your thumb on it. So imagine you holding an item and now you add something you can grip to where your thumb is. That's how you use the thumb grip.

That was pretty cool. Great editing. I kinda knew that UNII will be the winner. Great product. But I love my MAC lol. I still have 5 or 6 empty palettes and a whole ton of eyeshadow to depot. Maybe a should reorganized again. I see more UNII palettes in my future.

Hooooly cow, Fiona! That was really great! Gosh, I can believe you when you say you took hours to do it... yikes. It was really great, though :) I don't have many palettes; I only have the MAC quad, and a SMH 98 palette, and every other loose thing... that adds up to more eyeshadow than I'll ever need... and I only own 1 blush at a time, hahah... but when I'm not on a student budget anymore I will invest in the unii. It's so cute, and I would love the thumb pad :)

@IreneFelton Hahaha...add on a couple more hours because I had to get the rendering/exporting settings right. I was truly fortunate enough to get the palettes or else I don't think I would be able to afford all 5. I'm sure when IMATS comes to Toronto, they would be sold for less than the retail price. Hopefully you will no longer be on a student budget anymore :)
