Yeah your right, the golgi tendon organ detects unwanted stretch and sends a signal via a sensory neuron to an interneuron in the spinal cord which relays a signal to a motor neuron telling the muscle to contract but at the same time telling the antagonist to relax and also at the same time the signal at the spinal cord sends the information of touch through the medial lemniscal tract to the sensory part of the brain.

that is a lie. the sensory nerves of reflex arc are not nerve endings in your skin but your muscle. that is what is stimulated.
