I tried the blade tape and it tore after two games..I went back to regular tape and was able to do some of the same tricks. It is however easier with the blade tape but not worth the cost.

Probably wouldnt be able to do half those moves on ice. With that being said. Doing these lacrosse moves are not that difficult. Practice this move a half hour a day for a week or two and you'll have it down.
