Chuck Norris let Carlos use his studio in Dallas back in 93-94 until Carlos and his family could get established. I should know, me and my friend studied with Carlos during that time. The Machado's never GIVE anyone a belt..you must earn it....and Chuck sure as hell did..like anyone else.
