@genefire I thought tort reform was about patients suing doctors. That's the complaint, some doctors pay huge premiums for liability insur. Premiums & defensive practices drive up their cost. Sometimes patients deserve compensation & some times people are just making money.
What blows my mind is that when you look at the debt clock according to the Fed just between Medicare & medicare Prescription the unfunded liabilities are over 93 Trillion.

When politicians consider their parties views instead of the people they represent, they're doing a disservice to the American people. We need to eliminate the parties and have people run on their own ideals and beliefs instead of their or party platforms and have media coverage time and question equality. Good example of what I mean is the 08 repub primary where RP got shunned for standing up for the Constitution n what he believes in which at one time was a value respected by Americans
