i wanna find the name of the song and singer (i believe an african american young modern female) but from that song I only remember the bits: "don't wanna hurt" and a phrase that repeats often at the end of the verse: "this time". I tried already whistlign and humming at midomi but it didn't work. Anybody can help, Please? thanks

PopCulture20 Thank you for trying to help. It's been an odyssey figuring out the song I've been obssesed about.You see, english is my second language and for me to understand what they're saying in certain songs, can be hard. I'm my mind, bits of kelly clarkson's "already gone" interwined with the song I was trying to figure out, and i didn't know who sang it. I just knew from the strenght of the voice that It had to be a black woman. It couldn't be otherwise.

@PopCulture20 By sheer luck I went to a department store yesterday and I heard these two songs back-to-back. Incredible!! I didn't have a pen and paper at hand so i pulled out my cellphone and started to type the bits of the song I could. I finally was able to jot down the "no matter how hard it is, I'll be fine without you" line. then I knew I had it. I googled it and there was.

@PopCulture20 Lady and song: Leona Lewis; "better in time" I already listened to it at least 10 times and I printed out the lyrics. It is a hard song to listen to because it's a little bit fast paced. Any way, what a beautiful voice.

Great song, beautifully orchestrated. Because of Luther's love for many female vocalists, I was intrigued by the name of Chaka in graffiti crossed (with NG [No Good] underneath) on the wall at 1:04. Was this a not-too-subtle jab at Chaka Khan? Did they have a falling out, or is this just an odd coincidence?

The songwriters and video producers of today should look at these videos and see how bad the rapcrap and hip hop is that putting out.
Even today’s soft rock songs are bad remakes of great soft rock songs.
The song has such feeling and meaning and the artist is second to none.
Each cut on the video is more than 2 secs and the limited effects are for the story telling and to enhance the artist and story, not for the sake of oh here is another effect.
