  • If anyone is wondering about the knife, it seems like it's a Kershaw Shun Santoku knife. A very nice piece with the Damascus layer on top. The Kershaw Shun classics have a black handle though.

    Amen brother!

  • In Soviet Russia, carrot cuts knife.

  • @afgbitches me too

  • won't you get ugly chopped huge chunks of carrot on ur plate?

  • She's pretty good.

  • Okay, here's an actual question. In a cookbook I recently found, they advised slicing strawberries with a roll cut over normal slicing so that the pieces don't stick together as much, but I can't figure out how one is supposed to roll cut something that's already small and triangular. The pictures in the book don't help much either. Can you please enlighten me?

  • i aint sure, but you can also get really large strawberrys (relly large for strawberrys, not something like a apple) and instead of cutting them all the same (for example disks) they really will have a lot of chance to stick on to each other.

and for how to roll cut them just keep ik small and you will only be able to roll cut them for about 4 times or something. but rollcutting them wil decrease the chance that they stick to getter

(this is what i think, aint an expert tho)

  • how i do it is i cut the strawberry in three pieces usually buying a case of strawberries all relatively the same size. first i cut off the tip of the strawberry into my strainer then i cut the bulb looking end into two. hope it helps.

    elle

  • ok my bad

  • stupid

  • NO!!

  • 360-180=90 ROFLMAO

  • Over 90 degrees was referring to the angle of the cut, not the rotation of the object.

  • And 180 is OVER 90 degrees.

  • lol thats 180 degrees xD

  • Over 90 degrees was referring to the angle of the cut, not the rotation of the object.

  • Uhm no, "And you roll it, hence roll cut, over ninety degrees". If you take out the "hence roll cut" you get "And you roll it ninety degrees". If this sentence is in fact talking about the angle of the cut, it should have been better formed; because of it being convoluted, it is subject to mistakes.
