  • please make more videos! looks awesome

  • is the window open? or is that the road noise?

  • @AceFuzion The noise is from the window being open. At the local club track days you have to keep the window open, so I wanted to test the camera with the same setup.

  • if you drive with the AC off .. you will have more power :)

  • @vizintini Good eyes. However the last thing I need on twisty country roads is more power...too easy to go flying off into the woods. Plus I wouldn't want to be all sweaty for the video. :-D

  • i gave you a thumbs up for driving the car the way it should be.

  • @cyberboy855 To drive it any other way is to sacrifice the gift. German cars aren't a right, they are a privilege. :-)

  • what a car! i love how it corners, ultimate driving machine indeed, i cant wait to get mine

  • @jemelpeters It is a ton of fun. If you have the chance to join your local BMW club chapter and do a Car Control Clinic or Driving School, definitely do it. You'll really learn how to push your machine to the limit in a safe environment. Check out bmwcca.org for details.

  • shame you didn't close the windows

  • @whow111 I wanted to see what it would sound like at the track since you have to have the windows open. However, you make a good point and I suppose I can always make a new video with the windows up so you can hear the motor.

  • Please make more videos like this one, this one is great..

  • beautiful interior! kinda simple yet luxurious!

  • Have you had any tranny issues with the auto 335i?

  • @Manwithjeep Hey there, no I haven't had any tranny issues, yet... The majority of issues that arise with the 335i should be around the high-pressure fuel pump (they did a recall) and oil temperatures for 2007 model year cars. I haven't heard of any transmission issues with the 3 series.

  • what's a better deal. This or subaru WRX. i don't mind that WRX is only in manual

  • @MmaNcovers That's a bit of an open question. Two totally different animals. I will say this: maintenance on the BMW after warranty expiration is expensive, as with all Bimmers. I've never owned a WRX but I really like them. Honestly I would be happy as a clam with a WRX, I just happen to like BMWs.

  • close the windows

  • @joaoalbertoborelli Yeah I agree it is noisy but wanted to simulate track conditions where the windows have to be open for safety.

  • close the windows

  • I love the sound the engine makes. Im thininking of buying this car, but was doubtful about buying an automatic instead of a manual, but this has won me over! :-)

  • @teknizian I was hesitant to buy an auto as well at first, but sport mode is very very good. You can manually flip the paddles but sport mode is so quick it is really not necessary. I've taken it to the track and it does well for an auto. The sound the engine makes is fantastic. Just note that if you drive in a spirited fashion, you may need to get an after-market oil cooler on the 2007 versions. No issues with that on 2008 and above. Overall I'm very happy with the performance.

  • This mount is literally AMAZING!! Major props. Please let me know what kind of camera you used and how you made the mount. I'm really interested to do this in my car.

  • @dowblab Thanks for the comment. I will post a follow-up on how to make the mount. The camera is a Panasonic Lumix still camera, however it has a very nice video recorder. If you are going to use a camera in your care make sure that you get one with good image stabilization, as the vibration will make a lesser camera giggle way too much to be useful.

  • @m4x1m By that I mean "car" and "jiggle." If the camera started giggling I would be worried...

  • @a0987312245 Thanks for commenting! I'll post some images of how to make the mount.

  • I wish you would have shown how the mount looked. I liked the angle and it seemed pretty stable. Thanks for posting..

  • @theseventhday Thanks for commenting. I'll post a few pictures of the mount itself. Really easy to make with two strips of aluminum, some rubber tape, and a drill. It sandwiches the headrest mounts on the passenger seat.
