The concert folks in Malaysia told him not to. They've told artists like Beyonce and Shakira to cover up more, to wear less revealing clothes...maybe they thought the crotch grab was too vulgar, I don't know..

@msdeweydiva i know ur question is kind of old but he was performing for a King. It's was the King's birthday and Michael performed for free. The whole concert is amazing. Isn't he gorgeous? I just can't wait to go to Heaven....

@mrsqueenjackson sorry, umm, no, this isn't the King's b'day, that would be the Royal Brunei concert. KL is in Malaysia which is a Muslim State hence, MJ and all other performers have to tone down their act (which includes costumes) if they are to be allowed to perform.
