@Pownal52 Tegan was after a "straight" girl for like 4yrs, Lindsey Byrnes, a really great and gorgeous photographer they've worked with in the past, and still do to this day. she's got her now. they've been dating for awhile. but in some other interview, i'll never find it, sorry. Tegan said she was after someone for awhile, i'm pretty sure "Hop A Plane" was written about Lindsey. she's got her now though :) they are the truthfully the cutest thing in the world!

@Vanesarie just your coment and i think the reason so many of us like them or for me personally is yes they are gay and out spoken but also they are great role models & having them in the media & having the gay culture portrayed positively is hard to come by +they are doing a good job.I think their lyrics and music has something almost everyone can connect to. For why people love them I think they are comfortable with themselves and have great confidence and that usually attracts anyone.

tegan has her lip pierced in the middle. tegan's face is more rounded compared to sara's. if you spend a few hours looking at videos and pictures you will be albe to distinguish one from the other.
