dude, you don't get it - this band consists of full blooded musicians, they know exactly what they are doing and they're masters at their instruments. But like any band that doesn't just play what they rehearsed but improvises, they have a certain looseness about them. That's intentional and part of the fun of hearing them.
@alphacapo not hearing what you are i guess....or maybe you are not hearing what I am. I don't hear anything but cohesion. No one wandering around playing on their own, no bad notes, no off-timing, etc... Maybe it's the bad recording you are hearing, or maybe you don't understand what synchopation is. Anyway, mostly I guess I'd have to say you are way off with the comment. Maybe you can be more specific with your critisism? Where and what specifically do you have issue with?

but the band needs to tighten up and be more cohesive.
they are all over the place... like they are kind of lost and just floating around in outer space all stoned or something.

its specially important to tighten up since you have no drummer or percussion player.
a good one can swoop in and rescue everybody when they start wondering or acting silly.
The glue of the band so to speak.....
