First of all, I have no idea what those two former leaders sense of humour was, I haven't really ever come across a quote of joke they liked. And I bet you haven't either, as history tends to concentrate in their ACTIONS as leaders, not their capacity to entertain people. I have a feeling they did not really joke about things like that as they were both charismatic leaders, which among other things is a prerequisite to power.
