  • Where is this track from? I've been searching everywhere and I cannot find it :\

  • @SecretofSquare its from a game called Secret of Mana, an old virtual Super Nintendo game from japan.

  • @TheNimru Hi TheNimru. Yes, we know this is music from Secret of Mana, but the question I asked was about this particular track you put up; the orchestral version of the Secret of Mana track. It's alright though, I ended up finding out where "this track" thats playing is originally from. It's from: Game Music Conert Volume 3 Cd. This was a Japanese release CD which has many other volumes. But sadly enough it was only exclusive to Japan unless you are able to snatch it off eBay.

  • i cream myself thinking of how lucky one console could be to get this game and a link to the past. how i wish i could be at the age of playing the snes forever, lol.

  • @RamzaVGM Very nice theme and arrangement, I really appreciate Kikuta's work and your will for the upload ^^. I was just wondering: which is the source of this arrangement? It sounds very similar to the one Jonne Valtonen wrote for the German WDR Radio Orchestra (it was performed at least twice beside the yearly vgm concerts). Did he write it as well and placed adjustments for an open concert or was he just inspired by s.o. else's work? Whether you know the answer or not, thx for your reply ^^!

  • They don't make 'em like they used to. Bless you Flammie, rest in peace.

  • @omganotherun "They don't make 'em like they used to. Bless you Flammie, rest in peace." - I know, right? After SD3 it all just went downhill.

  • I didn't know there was anything more beautiful than the Secret of mana tracks. Until I found the orchestra version.

  • 0:01 to 1:23 blew my mind, but so did the rest of it.

  • Secret of Mana, It just doesn't get more Legendary.

  • oh cause in japan it's square enix. just might be different in international games. :)

  • It was Squaresoft who originally created the game, then later one after this game they merged with Enix and became Square Enix

  • When this game was made, they were still 2 different companies...

  • square enix makes some damn good music XP i love it.

  • Beatiful :'(

  • :')

  • Beautiful.

  • Here's a very rough translation using a free translator for those who don't speak German =P

"For dreaming and back remember - one of the most beautiful game Themes generally - especially this orchestra version. I loved the game and dear it yet always - crazy Gameplay, a beautiful world and wonderful music! An Evergreen for me"
