I agree with ha7ed. They didn't add enough water. I watched my grandmother made tortillas from scratch growing up, from cooking and grinding the corn to kneading and forming tortillas. We never used 2 griddles. As long as the temp is medium high and you keep an eye on them they should be ok. This video is silly, my grandmother would curse this woman for using a spatula to turn the tortillas, LOL.
