The E5 (or is it EMaj?) at the start of the chorus sounds out of place, and there are a couple of chords that should be minor instead of major (0:22 is the first I could hear). Nice sound though, just needs a couple of tweaks.

Some of the chords sound wrong. 0:21 the chord progression introduces a major and some other full chords. I believe most of those are incomplete chords utilising 7ths and 4ths on top of the tonic note. Anyway, you may want to double check the chord progression there.

Otherwise, fantastic playing. I really like your sound. It's a shame you don't have a higher quality recording device, it would do you and your recordings a world of good.

I do recommend you look into Music Theory a little bit. Knowing the notes on a guitar is important, as is knowing what the relevance of the chords you are playing is to the music you love. It may seem tedious and annoying/boring to study such things at all, but in the end, music is what you make of it - put in an hour here and an hour there into reading about what you're playing, and everything will enrich.
