Do you know why when I hit my flag the only options I get are:

Custom

Clear Flag

Flag for recipients.

my messages view is for IMAP.

@jmgchicago1 I wonder which version of Outlook you are using. Try clicking on custom and seeing what options it comes up with. Most likely the custom may give you additional options to provide you with a reminder so you can be altered to review the email at a later time.

I got burned with someone's Outlook when I had a job interview.

I am in the Midwest. The HR person who interviewed me was on the East Coast. She gave me a time to show up to the office for the 2nd interview, which was in the Midwest. But when I got to the interview the guy said that I was one hour late!!

I showed him the email, proving that I was on time. He looked it over and concluded that the HR imbecile didn't sync with outlook properly. Goodthing he recognized that it wasn't my fault.

i'm trying to figure out the best way to use the "quick click" category and the flags. they seem to cross over from email to calendar to tasks - which is great. do you have a tutorial on how to maximize the use? p.s. why are the flags all pretty much the same color in 2007? can i change the colors?
