it says that ur device is not recognized by bb media sync. then it says

1. media card not installed correctly (its installed correctly)

2. mass storage mode is off (i checked and it was on)

Im gonna rip out my hair. Okay when i connect my Black berry to my comp with media sync it says your device is not not recognized by blackberry media sync.. WTF DOES THAT MEAN? i have no media card but i have 100mb free of space on the balck berry.. and mass storage is on.. PLEASE HELP ASAP :(

with my blackberry it wont connect because i cant turn the mass storage mode on. When i try there is a little red lock next to the options, what should i do??

@stillwaiting4it that lock has something to do with ur carrier/service provider i saw it in one of the blackberrys videos :/ u might have to go to ur cell company and ask or call customer service cuz they cancel some features out sometimes
