when you feed your penguin at 99% you feed it when it goes 1% higher, it feeds itself...but it'll never return :[]

there are lot's around but the most commen that you will remember is traverly the one next to fally/falador, the pet shop is also next to the summoning guy. hope i helped :)

nope, all you7 need is 30 summoning and the ability to looks after a penguin O_o, don't think it's that hard, and don't dismiss it like i did X(
