Sort of, FGW and FCC are owned by the same company, First and they have both franchises but I think that is the only connection as staff (drivers etc) are only employed for a particular franchise, First also own Trans-Pennine, GBRF(Freight) Scot-Rail and are bidding for the ECML franchise

Not bad but for a small detail. 505 is not 8 cars long and has had vinyls fitted. Just don't change the rear unit to 534 as it has a naff main compressor at the moment.

Go to the trainset folder, open the unit folder up. Open the ENG file with notepad and find this bit:

Cabview (Class465c.CVF)

and replace it with

Cabview 465.CVF

30FPS is good - It will drop down in busy parts though to maybe 10.

i get about 30 fps in some parts on all my msts routes. just a shame i have to have the settings so god damn low. any ideas on why it is?

Only one Microsoft Train Simulator at the moment although they are making a second one which is at least a year away. There is also Rail Simulator which is the most modern simulator but you will need a pretty good PC to play. No train simulator that I know of has multiplayer.

That's the only site I know where you can get this train.

You can always pay for premium membership - well worth it.

It can do that sometimes if you leave it too long before clicking to start the download.

The site says it is:

£3.00 for 1 month

£11.75 for 6 months

£20.00 for 12 months

Personally I find it best to order a CD (most are £4.50 I think) where you get a route plus loads of rolling stock and activities as well as a months subscription.
