  • The occasion for this partnership was a TV tribute to Pavlova in the late1980s. I've been looking for this for 20 years! To me, this is the definitive Bluebird pas de deux - Amanda is technically precise, so athletic, and so perfectly captures the quick, light movements of a bird. Love it! Every other version I've seen since has just been so heavy and stilted.
