how I make acrylic rings

i hate the "new" youtube! i have like six comments that i wasn't notified about. anyway, i buy my colored acrylics from a local nail shop. they carry all the brands like, ORGANIC, MIA SECRET, FANTASY NAILS, EZ FLOW... the ones im using in this tutorial is by Mia Secret. No it doesn't turn my finger green. just make sure that you put the gel top coat inside the ring too so that it leave a smooth surface.

when i tryd doing it it wouldnt stay on the wax paper as aesily as it did for you?

@SoSweetHB you can also try using a ziplock baggie. just place like an old cd inside and tape it down on one side so that the area u are working on is smooth.

Did you use acrylic powder and what is it tha you used whith it please reply and tell me all the ingrediants that you used cause I really want to make one and since in the video I could't tell what you used and if you did use acrylic powder does it come in other colors or do you buy something to make different colors and if you do what is it please reply

@Luisita01Mac everything i used was the same things you would use to do nails...

nail liquid, color/glitter powder, clear powder, gel top coat. also... wax paper or ziploc bag, for the shape, a mascara worked perfect cuz its my size

@Kaebaebeeh12 no... u can also use a ziploc bag. or if you use the nail forms... u can use those or just the waxy paper left after peeling off the sticker

you said it get gets hard, how hard does it get? I mean will it break if your rough or it gets hit? I think it's really cool looking.

@Hochichin the sturdiness of it depends on the thickness... if ur pretty rough i recommend making it nice and thick =)

@4lyfShivi me.... i do the color/glitter first and shape it then once its set (the acrylic gets hard) i go around the ring adding clear. thats when u choose how thick u want it.

so how would you do a ring that is bigger with multicolors in it? Also will this last long? Is there a spray that you would use to make it stay?

@tremaineam i have made multicolor ones...before you start u just need to have all the colors ur going to use set up and ready for use because u have to work fast. if you want to make it thicker to last longer... what i do is add clear acrylic to it once it has hardened after u shape/size it. about the spray... i have no idea... i have never used one or heard of one that can be used for that.
