  • Waylon & Johny must be rockin heaven now.R.I.P.....

  • If today´s so called GANGSTERS appreciated the true outlaws of society with all their class, there wouldn´t be any murder in the streets today.

Bur I can´t complain since I have access to such beauty, but when I see the Justin Bieber´s of the world getting 500.000.000+ views (!) on a single video I start crying.

  • @tuxedo55 u should cry cause there aint no such thing as "real good music" anymore

  • johnny said " i aint cut out to be FRANK james..." instead of jesse james. he said that because he and kris made a movie about frank and jesse james and johnny played frank!!!

  • The 14 people who disliked this are not Country Music Fans, they are probably Taylor Swift or Rascal Flatts Fans Etc, Etc!

  • immortals!

  • There is Waylon using MXR Phase 90, and soon i get one from Thomann, and play it with a Telecaster, and a Fender amp. My dream is almost true. Just gotta find a leather covered Telecaster. xD

  • RIP Origional Gangsters! Rap just don't know!

  • They don't make them like this anymore. Even my 8 year old was saying he liked the older country better than anything made today.

  • the last gunfighters

  • there ain`t no good in an evil hearted woman.. so true!!!!

  • No, but they are more fun!

  • look at johnny at 0:14 just look at the cheer and fire in his eyes singing with waylon he said that waylon either he is your friend or he ain't your friend and john said thankfully he is my friend that is something i will cherish until my dying day they will never know just how big of a hole them 2 left when they left this world

  • There ain't no good in an evil hearted women!!!!!!

    Thats the Gospel!

    I met the Devil's daughter........

  • What?? Your joking right?? Chris Ledoux?

  • @coleyman1 yeah chris ledoux is a good singer but he can't compare anywhere close to these 4 men they were the best especially waylon i always had a dream of becoming a country music singer and i always hoped to meet waylon some day but he died when i was 8 in 2002 so i never got the chance but i know 1 day when i die and go to heaven i will meet him and maybe i can play a few songs with him and johhny

  • Well, I hope you get to meet them, but I hope it's a loooooooooooong time from now. Stay safe and no texting while your driving!!!

  • I don't get the turkey joke. Guess I'm s l o w . Someone explain it for me.

    Jimbo

  • @jimbo226 im not totally sure about that either but i am sure that them 4 men up there were the greatest especially waylon i cry every time i watch this full concert i always wanted to becom a country music singer and i had a dream to meet waylon jennings and i never got to i was only 8 when he died in 2002 but i hope that 1 day when i go to heaven i will be able to play a few songs with him and john

  • Here is a song me and john did when we were just children

    Very good song

  • that telecaster that waylon uses sure makes a good noise.. legends,,, rip waylon and johnny..

  • @wompo67 waylon always used that guitar i have never seen him use any other he got that guitar from buddy holly and after buddy died he said it was the only guitar that was good enough to use

  • Why did you have to spoil the comment by alluding to Chris Ledoux, average at best. Bit then that is my opinion, so happy listening.

  • LOVE WAYLON AT 2:14

  • Lots of Fun! Two Greats--gone.

  • big part of music died with them. RIP both

  • RIPwaylon and johnny we miss you there will never be another group like the highwaymen the four greatest country music singers of all time the outlaws of county

  • @sandmangeorge93 You're Damn straight

  • @sandmangeorge93 Two of the greatest and I love Waylon's guitar pickin'. I also get a big kick out of the way Kris Kristofferson dresses and spins around. He's so obviously in awe of his three compadres. Great music. Love them all, but Waylon rules!!!aj

  • 1 of my favorite <3

  • true legends and sadly missed

  • that is a terrific clip.. thanks for the

post. Two guys that were meant to sing those songs.

  • These guys are like fine wine - they get better with age

  • back when country music was good...

  • man, I miss the good ole days.

  • I heard an interview with Jessi saying she always hated this song lol

  • oh hell yeah!, pick it waylon yea!

  • fuckin A right!

  • What makes them so good is that they make it look effortless. But I'm sure they had to spend time rehearsing together to get it down.

  • This is a MUST BUY VHS! Great video clip from it.

  • i guess im an outlaw

  • I love watching Kris in these videos, he looks like a lil kid in a candy store, so excited just to sit and watch.

    These guys were amazing together!

  • Me too. When i watch Highwaymen videos Kris looks like having so much fun.

  • I agree although I love to watch Kris doing anything. Can you imagine what it would've been like to be on the inside with these guys?! All such heroes and inspirations!

  • Thankfully I saw these two icons when I was a teenager growing up in Houston Texas.

It was one of the best concerts I have experienced to this day!!!

  • Yeah; it's funny ain't it? I was at a jobsite the other day and a bunch of guys had the radio tuned in to 93.7 Vancouver,BC.(I live just south of the border in WA) and I could not believe how shitty all the country voices were. It sounded like a cross between Michael Jackson and Britney combined together in a punk rock combo. I sorely regret not seeing Johnny and Waylon before they passed on, but I have bought every live DVD of either of them that I could get my hands on.

  • I was tuned into a local radio station this morning (Idaho) and heard them play an Ashley Simpson song. I nearly gagged. I guess all you have to do to have a country song these days is add some fiddles.

  • Please, only one "t" in ain't! -but otherwise, great song, thanks for posting!

  • I saw them at the Patriot Center GMU in 1995. There were a lot of empty seats but it was an outstanding show. I will never forget the harmonica duet Johnny Cash did with Mickey Raphael with Orange Blossom Special, and how Waylon's voice stood out on Desperados Waiting For a Train. I also won't forget how the crowd cheered when Johnny sang "But I shot a man in Reno, just to watch him die"

  • You got your turkey didn't ya

  • Johnny and Waylon could stand on stage with thier guitars and read the phone book, and it would still be better than anything on todays so-called "country" radio.

  • thats one of the best comments ive ever seen or agreed with ever posted

  • in reference to glocknut17

  • Thanks, I cant help but get angry when i think about what the record companies have done to country music over the years. If they want to play the music that they're playing, thats fine, but dont call it country just because you put on a cowboy hat while you play it, ya know. Anyways thanks for the compliment.

  • So true!! This is the real country music!!

  • You're sure right glocknut17. That's part of reason Waylon and others were 'outlaws', they couldn't stand what the record companies where doing to music even back then! So they went off and did it their way and thank god they did!

  • Thats the darn truth!

  • thank god, some people understand what country is supposed to be

  • well said!!

  • glocknut17.....I AGREE WITH YOU ON THAT ONE.....100% !!

  • Absolutely brilliant. The light of these 2 will burn on forever!

  • haha- that's what I say on every song every time I watch! don't go writing hot checks down in Mississippi... and Papa's wishin' Mama'd stay in the kitchen... oh man, this one makes me laugh

  • love that song..the highwaymen..awsome..is that a dvd..

  • Yes it is and its called the highwaymen =) Good concert!!

  • very good tunes

  • what a fun song its cool

  • the give us the real country feeling....alltime

  • ohh no stop it f'in loving it do it babay yessssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Miss you guys

  • Waylon's guitar and Johnny's voice, there ain't not much better than that.

  • Waylon -the one and only! Great video of the greatest artist to walk this earth -second to Johnny...or beside! Love them both so much!! They`re jamming together now in Countryheaven -Elvis, Roy and Roger is backing them up!!!!

    -Waylon rules-
