I think their lead screamer is average. His low screaming is A+, but everything else is just meh. I think he should play an instrument and be a backing slash filling screamer for low ranges and have the lead singer for TDWP be there lead... that would make for a tight band! lol. Oh well Alesana is still great... even if they don't match my wildest dreams.

This is definitely about sleeping beauty.Rosamond was her real name and of course the uninvited thirteenth was the one who cursed her.

I think it's in the point of view of the uninvited thirteenth and the prince.many princes before him had tried to wake sleeping beauty up but before they could reach her they got pierced by the thorns.

@jediknight28 Yep. All the songs in Where Myth fades to Legend is based off the Brother Grimm stories. There songs from On Frail Wings Of Vanity And Wax and Try This With Your Eyes Closed are based off of Greek mythology. And then their latest album, The Emptiness is their own horror story. :)

Its a story that comes in "book" form when you buy the album.... Its a story that Shawn Milke (main vocalist) and Dennis Lee (screamer) wrote together, They took a few names like annabell and "In her tomb by the sounding sea" from Poes works. Its an amazing story that edgar allan Poe himself would be proud of. You should check it out.
