Perhaps you saw Mewtwo's backstory of when he was like Kid Mewtwo and he was with Anna, Bulbasaur, Chamander, and Squirtletwo. Mewtwo's another Mew, even though he looks the most different. The other twos either look almost exactly the same or are the same with Tattoos.
