it's the nico nico douga medley. They used songs from different animes and games and mixed it up. First one is from Idolm@ster and the second is Hare Hare Yukai from Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu. It is much longer. Next song would be Invisible Full Moon from TH 8 and after that Lunatic Princess froM th 8.

Search for Nico Nico Douga Medley and you will find it.
