Why is it amazing? There's nothing remotely unique or even touching about it. Trying to turn this situation into a sob story is utter bullshit. My parents couldnt afford to put me in a sports team but I wasn't in such a dire position because there are other things to do with your life besides play organized hockey. Like maybe play REGULAR street hockey like millions of Canadians have been doing since forever.
