This is so stupid. Touchscreens are made on handheld devices for a reason. Three minutes using a touchscreen this big, and your arms are going to be extremely tired. Worst waste of money on the planet
I had a giant screen like this in my classroom in s.Korea. But it didn't recognise 2 points. The big screen was at the front of the class and I had a regular monitor at my desk
It is not the monitor you would buy. This company sells a glass plate with the cameras and relfectors which are mounted in front of the screen. The device is then connected via USB. The idea is very nice as it is much cheaper and you can turn you old monitor into a multitouch device.
Neither, read the full description either on the right or over at the site. It's using CMOS cameras which is also mentioned in the video, as it's optical, not resistive or capacitive.
This screen is intended for things like interactive information displays or for meeting rooms etc where the presenter can change slides by touching the screen for example.
... why not just get a wireless keyboard that comes with a mouse built into it so you dont look like a retard doing swirly hand motions trying to change it

I'll bet most people would be too lazy to stand or reach over to point on their screens.
