I agree with both of you. Sara does have one of the top, or even the best, face out of the cast. Her smile is unique. And Asuna's original voice actor, Akemi Kanda, does have a great voice, whether that be singing or voice acting.

Sara Wakatsuki is mediocre at singing, sounds like karaoke at a local japanese bar. Her acting skills are better than others her age and will probably improve greatly as she matures. Her skills at modeling are still unknown, but she has the body and face of a model.
