Also, on a personal note, and forgive the transliteration, being the recipient of the musical phrase "Kimi o ai shiteru" from Maaya Sakamoto would satisfy me for a lifetime ;).

The thing I love about this performance is how well the chorus from "Yakusoku wa Iranai" sampled at the beginning of this performance shows off the ethereal quality of her voice, especially being transposed to F from the original key of D...

...and imagine having Yoko Kanno backing you up on the keyboards, let alone being the genius behind your compositions and arrangements!
