I'm trying to understand why this is Obama's fault, or why is it all about Obama instead Congress in general. I mean the NDAA passed the Senate with an overwhelming majority from both the Republican and Democratic party. I'm almost certain Ron Paul will be elected president. Not much about him in the media right now but right before the election, he will be everywhere. It's the system that allows for the President to get away with it, the only reason its getting codified at all is because some people will be fine with it once its law.
