Jeff Bates grew up in Columbia, MS. This is close to where I live. I got to see him perform several times before he became a recording artist, at a near by town. Since then I have been able to listen to his testimony of becoming a Christian, and last night I listened to his testimony From Drugs to Redemption at New Hebron Baptist Church. He had his new CD and DVD just released in 2/2011. One Day Closer.

Jeff Bates is an Awesome person.
