I had seen Meachem's name in the race results from the press guides but I didn't know after this that he was parked. I think that's sort of harsh unless he was an asshole on top of being a reckless driver.
Dont really know why that Bill Meacham was parked...just a Rookie mistake...weird that he never ever made another Winston Cup start since that. Guess thats why I never herd of him till watching this Video
It was Meacham's 3rd and final start in the Cup Series. He attempted to qualify at Rockingham in October 1991, but failed.

I think Bill Meacham has to be one of the worst NASCAR drivers of all time. He couldn't even stay out of the way.
