some info, it can run starcraft2 at low to up to 80 fps, at medium 35, at high at 22 and at extra up to 15-16 fps so this is not spectacular but for 60$... for me it was a great upgrade compared to my integrated ati radeon 4200. it's run on a 20 inch 1600 by 900 monitor with a athlon ii x2. its a great buget card , run below 55 degrees at all time and is damn easy to install

Shadows in WoW are infamous for bringing down computers that, otherwise, could max out the game (and then some).

My grandmother's HD4830 can run maxed wow, 1680x1050 with AA/AF without dropping below 60 FPS (unless there's a lot of people on the screen). However, with everything at a reasonable setting (but nowhere near max), she'd lag like hell with shadows on.

This card could definitely run WoW without problems if you were to turn the shadows off. It's the sad, but honest, truth.

The 4670 is a great step up, for this card or the 9600 gt, it really depends on your resolution too anything less than 1680x1050 i would reccoment the 4670 if you want to play it all maxed out otherwise if you play at higher resolution then the 4850 is the card to go with

the xfx hd4650 1gb agp its for agp slots and i think the diamond radeon hd 4650 is for pci express slots. so if you have pcie 2.0 16x go for diamond radeon hd if you buy the xfx hd4650 it will make you go nuts because its for agp slots as you know

i dunno ddr3 is much better but.. why dont you go for the nvidia 7800 gs? this 512 gddr 3 agp .. these ones are choosen best gpu card for agp. and i have seen many have complained about these ati 4650 that they dont work but there is hotfixes. so you can get.... i dunno. go for the nvidia 7800 gs 512 gddr3 agp but you can buy that card also because the hd 4650 supports dx10 and the nvidia 7800 gs doesnt but choose :)
