  • gay car

  • @mamadgavkosh so you would be executed in Iran for owning this beautifull car.

  • had this car for a year and 1/2... gotta say it looks great!

    HOWEVER problems & dramas.

within 3 months my car decided to stop randomly on the road (electrical fault), fixed it for 1800 AUD$ but i only paid 800 due to warrenty, a few months later my gear box was totally screwed, 2nd and 3rd gear and had to get it replaced, for a SECOND HAND gearbox, my actuator was stuffed, the oil was leaking and my clutch kit was damaged all at once.. which cost me over $4k worst car ever, i advise DO NOT buy

  • @joeiihrvat

Hey, was it the selespeed or the manual? I'm looking at the 156, but I'm really wary of the auto-clutch. Haven't heard of any issues with the manual though.

  • @superdeuce2222

it was the selespeed...but i still don't recommend any alfa...

  • great colour!

  • Hi any chance of an inside shot, I've seen these cars around but wondering what are they like inside

  • Cheers thanks for the info. Have bought it...quite breathtaking!

  • Sorry, was away. I had the 156 selespeed for almost 3 years. Nothing ever went wrong, and I mean NOTHING. I have since had a Merc ML and a BMW X5 and both have had loads of faults, mechanical and electrical. Would I have another Alfa? Yes, I miss it constantly but needed to get bigger higher cars for boring reasons.

  • Yeah it seems really neat. So far so good. Just getting into and out of first gear in city mode is a bit stuttery but am practicing "manual" - far better driving experience.

  • Very nice mate. I am about to get one..exactly the same..2000 dark red. Am a bit concerned by the comment below thou..is it true they break down often?

  • The Alfas of the 80s-mid 90s did. My first car was a Alfa 75 and I had to ALWAYS have a toolbox with me but it was never anything serious just lots of little things like windows etc. Since Alfa have moved production after like 97/98 things have changed I've got a 2000 GTV and I've only had very minor electrical problems and all other Alfa drivers who drive newer ones say there is no worries, just don't try to drive it like a Ferrari!

  • You should have got one with the Sport pack 3 on it, makes it a much nicer car. God i do love alfa's...

  • Nuvola blue? is it custom paint or standard alfa color? love the music btw..shows how much 156 is havin an effect on u..haha

  • It was a standard Alfa colour when the 156 came out. I don't know if it still is. There were two colours like this one mainly blue and one mainly green. I know if you needed a respray it was meant to be a tricky job but i'm no expert!

  • hi! i love alfa 156..could u tell me what colour is that car? is it veloce silver? metallic silver? i wanna know coz i wanna respray my red alfa 156 to that silver!

  • it's Nuvola Blue. A kind of blue/green/silver which changes depending on what angle you view it from.

  • I have an Alfa Romeo 156 2.0 Slespeed, that is a Tornasol.

  • lol

  • I love the Alfas
