I'm flying Delta for the first time, next week, Narita to Minneapolis, then onto Dallas. So far no problems with customer service, but I've heard a LOT of bad things about it.

If anyone has a positive experience with their international flights, I'd welcome hearing about it.

The lst leg of our trip was from Detroit to DAYTON. Something so simple. We were to board at 7;30 Sun. three hours later we board. We spend the next 3 and a half hours on the run way, we sat so long we had to refuel after that they cancell. Next flight was two days away. SO to hell with work or children. 8 am monday were finnally rent car to get to Dayton DRIVE HOME FROM THERE . Delta is by far the worst airline we have ever flown NEVER AGAIN ps Still trying to find luggage. Bunch of SHIT

I have 160,000 miles on Delta....double the miles to fly to Tel Aviv, which is 80,000 RT....I have checked as far as almost a year out and every month is the same.....no seats available.....UNLESS I use all my miles....160,000, which is double that are actually required.....this airline is a SCAM.

Don`t sign up for Delta`s frequent flyer program. You will find it virtually IMPOSSIBLE to get a seat for their lowest mileage tier. They are also known for being extremely stingy in giving frequent flyer seats. Only 13 % of people looking for seats actually get one. Don`t believe me, look it up. I`m not flying them anymore.

Delta Baggage Handlers Are Thieves!

I had my new Ipod stolen out of my carry on bag that I had to gate check at the last minute as I boarded plane. I reported this, filed claim, called Corporate offices, emailed, faxed, and nothing. Delta refuses to take responsibility. This just gives a green light for it's baggage handlers to steal. This is unexcusable & I will continue to fight is till it's resolved. Delta should be ashamed! All eyes on DELTA!

Just a small think....AeroMexico is NOT a South American airline. It is Mexican, i.e. North American or Central American (depending on the person you ask). On the other hand, South America DOES have some of the best airlines in the world, including LAN, Avianca, Aerogal.....and many others.
